unpinned:: kid's work aprons

I love sewing as long as I don't have to pin or iron.  I've used the same technique as a fashion designer that I use with my kids ~ make it up!  I call it going unpinned, but someone else might call it break-the-rules sewing.

Usually I'd call this an unschooler-style pattern, but I learned a new word today: Earthschooling.  Check it out.  She has an interview with some new-to-me homeschooling stats I'm excited about here.

And while you're at it, business-minded families will LOVE the Four Hour Workweek.  It could easily be called The Corporate Liberation Handbook: How to Quit Work & Get a Real Life & Education.  This goes down as the 2nd most practical-hands on life-changing book I've ever read.  After the Teenage Liberation Handbook.

The first one made me resource-rich.  This one has made me time-rich.

I read/watch his blog constantly.
